A Chat with Mrs. Chrisman...
This week has been a fun-filled week. Our kindergartners went to the fire station. Our 4/5 Alliance students went to the Grand Opera House to see We the People. We had our first RIF book distribution. Every student had the chance to pick out a brand new book! We had a dental screening here at school. Two of our students had the chance to go to the Neenah/Menasha fire department for breakfast. They then got a ride to school in the fire truck!! We had a READ 20 day. It was awesome to see all of the READ 20 t-shirts. We also did our first Drop Everything And Read (DEAR) time. Everyone in the school stopped what they were doing to spend 20 minutes reading. We had our first school Skate Night! It was great to see so many kids there having fun! If you couldn't make it to this month's Skate Night, please mark your calendar for next month's. It really is a great, inexpensive family event!! I hope everyone has a great weekend! The weather is supposed to be beautiful. Our family is certainly planning on spending some time outside!!
