A Chat with Mrs. Chrisman...
I hope everyone has been enjoying the nice weather! It is great to have the kids outside enjoying the beautiful days! We have had a great week at Roosevelt and Alliance. Thank you to all of the families who attended the Pancake Man~Used Book Sale~Math Game Night! I think it was a huge success. We served almost 300 people!! It sure looked like everyone was enjoying themselves! We have a busy week ahead of us. We have some students attending a field trip on Monday afternoon. We have other students attending a field trip on Tuesday morning. On Wednesday and Thursday, Mrs. Lennon and Mrs. Ruthven's classes are performing their musical, A Modern Day Cinderella. Thursday morning our 3rd-5th graders are going to NHS to the Young People's Concert to see the wonderful music opportunities that NJSD has to offer our students. On Friday, March 20th we will celebrate another READ 20 day. Please have your child wear his/her READ 20 shirts. We also have an early dismissal on Friday because of it being the end of 3rd quarter. Then, the following week is the NJSD Spring Break. We hope everyone enjoys the time away from school and comes back energized and ready to finish out the year. Have a great weekend! Enjoy the beautiful spring weather!!!
